Thanks eli griggs. this is the first one i have done like this. The Three Nudes, Nude, Owl, Bistro Chair, Ponderosa Pine etching all originated from quick sketches but i think they all loose that sketchy feel through the various printmaking processes used. i don't do as many gesture drawings as i used to but i should start again because it is a good practice and occasionally produces a gem.
