Hey Viza,
I've a bamboo hedge behind my studio (and unfortunately bamboo rhizomes and roots under my entire yard).
This came out great. Nice greens and good use of the white line to define the nodes of the bamboo. How big are you planning to go?
You're starting to make this look easy
I may have to give it a go.

Thanks Andrew,
You should definitely give white line a shot! I have one other bamboo composition to carve and print then i will choose which one i like best and then i will attempt a 3'X5' image area. i haven't completely figured out the logistics of printing a piece that size by hand yet but i will probably just go for it and hope it all works out. wish me luck!

Viza,
I really like this. I've been following the white line experimenting going on in Baren and am so impressed. Really nice!

Another beauty. You're on a white-line roll! It was fantastic to meet you last weekend. Thanks so much for coming.

A superb print, Viza... The composition and colors are very restful, serene. I can well imagine it huge. Every time you post one of these white line pieces I want to try it.

I really like the "softness" of your greens in this. And 3'x5'? Wow!I'll be interested to see how you tackle that.
